From first visit to booked appointment.
The website presents the clinic and its treatments. Booking takes four steps: treatment, clinician, date and time, then contact details. Clients only see slots that are free.
After booking, clients sign in to a portal to see upcoming appointments, their treatment history and messages from the clinic. The same features are in the iOS and Android app.
A separate login for each side of the clinic.
Clinicians have their own portal, and admins run every branch from one dashboard: today’s appointments, revenue, rooms and practitioners.
The appointment calendar shows each practitioner and room by week, with client notes and automatic SMS and email reminders.
